Lyman Orchards Fundraiser

Hello Polk families-

It’s time for a wonderful fundraiser to kick off the autumn season.
• Goal: Annual Pie Fundraiser to support Polk PTO activities.
• Order Forms: Paper copies were sent home with students last week.  Contact your homeroom teacher if you need an extra copy.
• Incentive: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 sellers.
• Deadline: October 21st (strict deadline to ensure delivery before Thanksgiving).
